RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

+ I’ve changed my mind. Can I return my item?
We gladly accept defective merchandise purchased at indasportluxe.com for returns and exchanges.
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you notice within this period that your item isn’t as described or expected, please email us as soon as possible.
We will need to know: your order number ID, the item you ordered, and why you are returning it.
+ I ordered the wrong size! Can I exchange for another?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased at indasportluxe.com for exchange. To help you with finding the perfect fit, please use our fitting guide.
+ How do I return or exchange an item?
 Please email us within 3 days of receiving your items if you’d like to return or exchange them: info@indasportluxe.com
 Returns and exchanges for defective items are free.
 All postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges are covered by the customer.
 All returns and exchanges need to be accompanied with a tracking number and posted within 10 business days of notifying Inda Sport Luxe of the exchange or return.
+ When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
Your refund will be processed using the same method you used to
pay with.

SHIPPING

+ How much is shipping?
Inda Sport Luxe provides free worldwide shipping for all sales over $100, except returns and exchange handling for change of mind.
Please see our Returns and Exchange Policy above for more information.
All other orders will be charged a shipping rate depending on your location.
+ How will my items be delivered?
If you’re in Australia, we use Australia Post to deliver your items from our warehouse in South Yarra, Australia.
Australian Standard Shipping takes around 3-5 business days.
Australian Express Shipping takes around 1-2 business days.
For International orders, we use DHL to deliver your items from our
warehouse in South Yarra, Australia.
DHL Express Shipping takes around 5-7 business days.


PAYMENT

+ How do I pay for my items?
We accept secure payment via credit card, PayPal or After Pay.
+ How do I know it’s safe to shop with Inda Sport Luxe?
We take your privacy seriously, so we use a Secure Socket Layer certificate (SSL), that delivers up to 256-bit of encryption. This certificate authenticates the identity of the Inda Sport Luxe website, and encrypts information sent to the server using SSL technology. This means the site's SSL certificate will automatically create an encrypted connection with your browser.
A green padlock icon and HTTPS prefix will appear in your browser bar to show that you have entered into a protected area and that it’s safe to share personal details for all transactional purposes.


ORDER TRACKING

We make it easy to track your items in real time. We’ll provide you with a unique tracking number via email once we’ve received your payment. You can then use this number to see where your package is in transit by using the link provided within the notification email.
You can also log in to your account on indasportluxe.com and track your order under My Orders.
